Pet Policy

   

 

At La Frontera we know you love your pets- and we do too!

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

We welcome your dogs and cats under 50 lbs (or two pets weighing 50 lbs. total).  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $250 pet fee, $250 refundable pet deposit and $15 pet rent monthly.  Ask us about breed specific restrictions.
