Pet Policy - La Frontera Square

We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment home with a combined weight of 60 pounds. Animal owners must complete an Animal Addendum and pay the required one-time, refundable pet deposit of $250.00 per pet and a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet.

Animal owners must supply current vet records showing up to date immunizations and a current photo of each animal. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owners apartment home. All Animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal. We have provided several animal waste stations throughout the community for your convenience. It is also your responsibility to comply with Round Rock City Ordinances regarding your animal.

La Frontera is a Pet Friendly community that welcomes most animals. For the well-being of our residents (two legged and four), we restrict certain breeds of dogs that have a higher risk of aggression or destructive characteristics. The following restricted breeds (or any mix of them) are not permitted on property at any time: Akitas, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers or Wolf Hybrids. Exotic Animals are also not permitted. Tonti Properties has a separate Service and Assistance Animal Policy.
